It was really lovely stay, I will be back. Perfect breakfast including bangers and fresh fruit. Swim-up bar and great pool. By the way, they asked me to pay gbp 5 per 24 hours for Internet, that's typical. Also, an anglican church was max 5 minutes walk to.

The breakfast was gorgeous and the staff was quick to help for the most part!
I enjoyed its gorgeous building. Room was absolutely perfect and impeccable and the bathroom was luxury. The beach nearby was nice and the view was pleasant! Nice restaurant and disco bar available.

I enjoyed hotel`s favourable location!!
Convenient place, neat, fair value. Staff were very, very nice and knowledgeable made my stay good. It was exceptionally nice with Wi-Fi.

We enjoyed every detail about our very comfortable stay here during 2 nights. All members of the staff were honest. Our family room was warm, cosy. Plenty of food for the takeaway breakfast. The location was particularly good and the bed soft.

So pleasant staff, the room was well decorated with good bed. They made my stay enjoyable. Plenty of spicy food. The location was very pleasant, very close to major street and me.

I liked the place, SUPERB staff and location. Affordable hotel, 20 km from Birmingham airport. The staff was willing to help and always smiling.

The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish, would recommend. Easy location to lightwoods park and house. The restaurant was astonishing and the staff were knowledgeable.

We appreciated everything about the hotel: staff and food. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Furthermore, it was 400 metres from St Augustine's Church. Problem with TV was solved quickly too.

Great location, close to broad z Street Birmingham =) The hotel seemed comfortable and spotless

We stayed on Tuesday 9 October 2018. We informed your staff within an hour that the shower was broken and we were assured it would be fixed. When we returned we were told it had been fixed but it wasn't. Next morning I asked again to fix it and when we were checking out it still wasn't fixed. I find this totally unacceptable as we were attending a funeral and couldn't wash. Please let me know what you would normally do in such cases. Yours Pat Kiely

Basic, but ideal for a short stay in the city, good value for money and clean.

I did not enjoy anything at my stay in the hotel!
The room was very dirty, smelly and uncomfortable, the hotel staff seemed quite rude, and the hotel itself advert's itself to be a top hotel, as this was my first stay in the Norfolk hotel i did not enjoy it I shall not be making any further reservations at the hotel and I have even 'warned' friends and family not to stay at this hotel. I felt so uncomfortable and frustrated in the room that I actually left the hotel to stay with friends.

Location
The hotel needs to state they are under renovation, as they only pictures that show the true hotel is the reception area. The rooms were dirty out dated and seen better days..... The bathroom well no way was I going to shower in there!!!!!
